以前は薬膳の素材は使用していませんでしたが、
【ハト麦・松の実】などをプラスすることで更にパワーアップしました。
 
試行錯誤を重ね、長年の時を経て今の味、形になりました。
素朴な味ですが、噛めば噛むほどくせになる。
 
おからが入っているので腹持ちもよく、小腹がすいた時に重宝します。
 
大切な人に食べてほしい、とっておきのクッキーです。
 
※サクッとした食感を出すためにバターは使用しています。
